1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Wellness4Workers website and any support, program or service arranged through us. By using the site or applying for support you accept them.
2. Support is discretionary
All support is provided at the discretion of Wellness4Workers and is subject to eligibility, available funding and provider availability. Submitting an application does not guarantee support, and support may be varied or withdrawn.
3. Donations
Wellness4Workers is a registered Health Promotion Charity with DGR endorsement. Donations are tax-deductible and are applied at our discretion to further our charitable purpose. Donations are not a fee for service and do not purchase a membership or entitlement.
4. Recurring donations
Weekly donations continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing us or through the link on your receipt. Cancellation may end any access arranged on your behalf.
5. Partner providers
Gyms, studios and health professionals in our network are independent businesses. Wellness4Workers does not employ them, supervise their services or accept liability for the services they deliver. Their own terms, waivers and safety requirements apply.
6. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical or clinical advice. If you are unwell, speak to a doctor. If you are in immediate danger, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wellness4Workers is not liable for any loss or injury arising from participation in a program or from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
