1. General
1.1 Wellness4Workers (W4W) is a registered Health Promotion Charity and PublicBenevolent Institution (PBI) that provides subsidised access to approved wellness servicesfor eligible individuals.
1.2 These terms govern participation in all W4W programs, including donation, supportapplication, and provider access.
2. Donations
2.1 Donations made to W4W are voluntary and may be tax-deductible.
2.2 Donations are not made in exchange for services or guaranteed access to any gym or wellness provider.
2.3 Donors who require support must complete the support application and be assessed separately.
3. Eligibility and Application
3.1 Applicants must submit a completed support application form via the W4W website.
3.2 All applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to available funding and program capacity.
3.3 Submitting an application does not guarantee access to support or services.
3.4 Approved support is non-transferable and subject to change or termination at any time.
4. Provider Access
4.1 Approved applicants may be referred to a participating gym or wellness provider.
4.2 W4W pays providers directly for approved support access.
4.3 No contracts or memberships are created between the donor/applicant and the provider.
4.4 All participants must sign the provider’s waiver and comply with their terms of use.
4.5 Liability for services rests with the provider.
5. Program Modifications
5.1 W4W may update, pause, or discontinue any part of its program at any time.
5.2 Support offered may vary by location, funding availability, or provider capacity.
5.3 W4W reserves the right to update these terms at its discretion.

7. Payment and Continuity
7.1 Donors contributing weekly are not purchasing a service, but supporting charitable access for themselves or others.
7.2 Payments are typically made on a weekly basis.
7.3 If a scheduled donation is missed, W4W may contact the donor to confirm their circumstances.
7.4 If the donor is unable to continue payments, W4W may, at its discretion, continue covering the provider cost depending on eligibility and available funding.
7.5 W4W reserves the right to pause or discontinue support if funding is not available or eligibility changes.
