1. What we collect
When you apply for support, donate, partner with us or subscribe, we collect your name, contact details, suburb or postcode, industry, and any information you choose to share about your circumstances. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
2. Why we collect it
To assess eligibility for support, organise access with providers, process and receipt tax-deductible donations, meet our reporting obligations as a registered charity, and keep you updated about programs if you have asked us to.
3. Sensitive information
Health and wellbeing information you share with us is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We only collect it with your consent, only use it for the purpose you gave it, and only share it with a provider or clinician where you have asked us to.
4. Who we share it with
Partner gyms, studios and health professionals receive only what they need to arrange your access. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with employers, insurers or advertisers.
5. Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems in Australia or with reputable providers subject to comparable protections. We keep records only as long as we are required to.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Email wellness4workerscommunity@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Unresolved complaints can be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
